Why I’m So Much More Content Since I Have Ended Obsessing Over My Body

Like many females, we regularly obsess about my human body. We weighed my self everyday, occasionally twice daily. I attempted to eat less, operate a lot more, and dress smartly to full cover up the things I believed what my trouble spots had been.
